David Redmond and his wife Amanda started Legacy Real Estate Partners in February 2020.
Prior to opening Legacy, David worked on the Capital Markets team with CBRE for 4 years specializing in helping clients buy and sell income producing real estate. Prior to CBRE, David worked for 15 years in the medical industry for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company.
At Legacy, David’s main focus is to guide his clients through the process of owning, buying, and selling real estate. David and Amanda are also active owners of income producing assets and enjoy helping others gain freedom through the ownership of cash producing real estate.
David’s undergraduate degree is from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. His community involvement includes financial literacy education at Anderson County Alternative School and he is a financial coach at NewSpring Church.
David and Amanda reside in Anderson, SC.
